Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- File name shall begin with the family name of first author.
- Consent to publication.
- Information about author(s) in Russian and English: family name, first name, patronymic (full), academic degree, academic rank, job title and place of work (no abbreviations), work place postal address and postal address of the place where a printed copy will be sent to, telephone, email address; ORCID, Scopus ID, WoS ID, SPIN-code(РИНЦ) identificators.
- UDC (Universal Decimal Classification) and JEL (Journal of Economic Literature) indexes are present in the article.
- Article name, annotation, references and key words shall be provided both in Russian and English.
Copyright Notice
By submitting a manuscript to the Journal Editorial Board, the Author agrees to provide the following nonexclusive rights to use the Author's work during the legal term of copyright as stipulated in the current legislation of the Russian Federation to the Editorial Board:
- Translate the work into the English language;
- Distribute/copy the work or part of it in Russian and English in any material form, including hard and digital copies, in journals and/or databases, in the form of text, images, any other digital format or other formats and other media, which exist as of now or can be invented in the future, and deliver to it end users with the use of relicensing or selling informational products using such media as laser disks, magtape, web-domains, web-services, and other digital or optical media or formats, which exist as of now or can be invented in the future in the Russian Federation territory or abroad, where author's rights are under legal protection;
- Make the work available to the public, thus making it possible for any person to get access to the work at any time from any place at his/her will (including the Internet);
- Sublicense (issue the permissions to use the work an some of its materials, without changing the text that was published in the Journal) the rights obtained according to this agreement to the third party by placing the corresponding information on the Journal website.
Other rights that were not transferred to the Editorial Board according to this agreement, including the patent rights for any processes, ways or methods and etc., described by the Author in his/her work, as well as trademark rights, are reserved for the Author and/or other rightholder(s).
The provision of rights includes the rigt to process the form in which the work should be delivered to interact with computer software and databases, to be published and distributed in machine-readable format and reflected in the search systems (databases).
