Copyright and Access Policy

1. Manuscripts, which contents violate the Russian Federation law, are prohibited from publication.

2. The articles in this journal are published open access (OA). All articles can be downloaded free of charge. Articles published in the Journal are Open-Access articles distributed under a CC BY 4.0 (Attribution 4.0 International) license.

3. The journal allows the author to hold and retain the copyright without restrictions; the journal disposes of the manuscript material on the basis of a non-exclusive license.

4. The author grants the publisher the following rights to the manuscript, including any additional materials, and any parts, extracts or elements thereof:

• right to reproduce and distribute the manuscript in printed and electronic form;
• right to publish reprints and special editions of the manuscript;
• the right to translate the manuscript into other languages;
• the right to reproduce and distribute the manuscript electronically or optically on any media or media, especially machine-readable / digital media, such as hard disk, CD, DVD, and Blu-ray discs (BD), mini-disc, data on tape – and the right to reproduce and distribute the article through these media;
• the right to keep the manuscript in databases, including online databases, and the right to transfer the manuscript in all technical systems and modes;
