Abstract
The article is focused on the research of the family identity of young men with drug addiction. The family identity is indicated as a subjective perception of belonging to a family group, reflecting characteristics of the family and its functioning. The research sample was selected with 28 young men from 18 to 30 years old with drug addiction, who were on rehabilitation in the special center "Bereg nadejdy" (Novosibirsk) and 29 male students of Novosibirsk State University from 18 to 22 years old without drug addiction. As a result it has been revealed that the subjective idea of the character of the interpersonal relations in the families of the persons with drug addiction is characterized with the undifferentiated borders between the family subsystems, the violations of the distribution of the power in the family, the incomplete perception of the family system, distancing from the father and the distorted perception of the reality of the family relationship.
