Objectives of psychological preventive work with teachers of secondary school
Abstract
The monography considers the questions concerning the state of health and efficiency of teachers of secondary schools. It has been shown that uneasiness and sense of guilt are significant characteristics in all the groups of teachers and they impact negatively on their health and communicative abilities, complicating self-control processes. On the basis of the obtained data it has been demonstrated that educational institutions need the systems approach in the psychological preventive work and this work should be carried out with consideration of the psychological features of the different age periods and should be based on the fundamentally developed methodology on the basis of the conducted researches.
